1. Returns and Exchanges
- Non-Returnable Items: All our products are made to order and, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you review sizing guides and product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Order Issues
- Incorrect or Misprinted Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or misprinted item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide a description and photos of the issue, and we will facilitate a replacement or refund.

3. Return Shipping
- In cases where a return is deemed necessary due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
